    “I’m considering the big quantity of cash owed by the Democrats, after the Presidential Election, and the truth that they admit to paying, most likely unlawfully, Eleven Million Dollars to vocalist Beyoncé for a recommendation (she never ever sang, not one note, and left the phase to a booing and mad target market!), Three Million Dollars for ‘costs,'” Trump composed in a July 26 Truth Social article.

    FEC Regulations on Campaign Spending

    Myles Martin, deputy press police officer for the Federal Election Compensation, pointed PolitiFact to a campaign dispensation page on how campaigns can spend their funds, that includes using funds “to influence the federal election of the candidate.” The web page does not note any kind of regulations that claim a prospect can not spend for recommendations; prospects are lawfully required to report repayments.

    Campaign Payment to Beyoncé’s Company

    Federal Election Compensation disclosures reveal that on Nov. 19, 2024, then-Vice Head of state Kamala Harris’ 2024 governmental project paid Beyoncé’s production company $165,000 for “project occasion manufacturing.” There are no other Harris project settlements to Beyoncé, her manufacturing business and her publicist.
